The more information we have the better. There are also logistics, people, locations, and schedules to be considered.

In the form please provide as much data as possible. If you have brand language please include it. Please include your website, your audience.
Let us know a shot list of what images/ video that you want.
For facility shoots, we need to know how large the location is, how many people are involved, the schedule that you want it done in. It may require us to come by and do a location scout and see what you have in mind and what gadgets we need to bring.
After we receive the form, we will have more questions and will schedule a call to go over the logistics and the process.
Once we have the information we will send over an estimate for the project. We ask for a deposit of half up front then the other half is due upon delivery of the project.
Photoshoot Day, Video Day
With the shot list, and understanding the logistics we come up with a schedule that we send out to everyone who is involved. We have checklists to send out to you, to who ever is going to be on camera.
Editing Post Production
After the photoshoot we create a proofing website where you will be able to select your hero images that you want retouched. Then we send the images to the retoucher. Depending on the volume of content it can take 1-5 business days. For video production the first edit is typically within 2-4 weeks after the shoot date. If there are a lot of people who have input on the post of the video, the process can take longer.
If you want animation, motion graphics this is very labor intensive and can take more time.
Delivery of the Data
For smaller volumes of data we send you a dropbox link with the images in two different file sizes. One for printing and the other for web use. If you decide to purchase the entire library of images we mail you a hard drive. For video we send you a link with the final video and then mail you a hard drive with a copy of the data from the shoot.

Natalie Cass is a Commercial Photographer, Corporate Filmmaker & Licensed Drone pilot who has been working professionally as an hired artist for 20 years. Natalie works domestically and with international clients in multiple industries including: Corporate, Technology, Industrial, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Medical, Biotechnology, Entertainment, Education, and Non profit.

Natalie is passionate about learning and has continued her education expanding in Entrepreneurship, Sales, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Branding, Negotiation, Public Speaking, Influence, Leadership Training, and Neuroscience.
When Natalie isn’t working- she is outside enjoying mountain biking, road biking, skiing or paddle boarding.
